The VT Department of Environmental Conservation’s Clean Water Initiative Program (CWIP) has just released an updated State Fiscal Year 2023 Funding Policy which sets guidelines on the appropriate use of CWIP-administered funds. The CWIP Funding Policy applies to a subset of CWIP-administered funding programs.
