Have you heard about Lake Watershed Action Plans? FOVLAP is hosting a series of free webinars to inform lake residents and lake associations in Vermont about these plans. In this first webinar, environmental scientist Alison Marchione will briefly describe these plans and list the lakes where plans have been created or are in process. Then representatives of several lakes will explain why they decided to act and how they came to this decision. Subsequent meetings will explore other aspects, from how to assess your lake’s water quality to implementing the clean water projects identified in these plans.
