This bill was read in the House for the second time on March 11, 2014.  The House amended the bill proposed by the committee on Fish, Wildlife & Water Resources to allow people to tie up to an identified mooring of another person without permission if necessary in an emergency to protect personal safety or property.  The bill as amended passed the House on March 12.  It was read for the first time in the Senate on March 14 and was referred to the Committee on Natural Resources and Energy.
