Status: April 13, 2016 – There was a favorable report with proposal of amendment by Committee on Natural Resources & Energy on April 6. The bill was read for the Second Time in the Senate on April 6. The proposed amendment was to insert “demonstrable and consistently” in the description of Class B(1) Waters: Class B(1): Waters in which one or more uses are of “demonstrable and consistently” higher quality than Class B(2) waters. The bill was read for the Third Time on April 7 and it passed the Senate with the amendment. On April 13, the Senate Proposal of Amendment was considered by the House and concurred in.
