Once property owner support and funding has been obtained for the design phase of a Clean Water Project, an engineering consultant creates a final design. In this Clean Water Projects Webinar #5, the design process was described by a consultant from Fitzgerald Environmental Associates. The second speaker from the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation Lakes and Ponds Program explained some of the permitting required for various types of Watershed Action Plan projects.
