The DEC is offering free technical assistance to all lakeshore landowners this summer.
The Lake Wise Program is a free and voluntary technical assistance program that helps landowners to manage their lakeshore properties in the best way possible for the health of our lakes and ponds and for healthy habitat.
The DEC are currently looking for homeowners on Lake Champlain who are interested in receiving this assessment, but the program is open to all landowners who have lake front property!
