The proposed revisions include changes to the 2024 rule regulating wake sports. Among the proposed changes are reduction of the number of wake sport eligible lakes from 30 to 18, elimination of the home lake rule, and discontinuation of the requirement for wake boats to show proof of appropriate decontamination before entering a waterbody.
